1

An Easy Solution to America's Biggest ProblemSay the words “America’s BIGGEST problem” and what do you think about? The economy? The war on drugs? Dr. Kirk Parsley talks about America’s biggest problem in this TEDx talk. Even better, he talks about what the solution to this problem is. Part of the issue is that most people don’t think this problem affects them.

The problem may not be what you think it is, and the solution is pretty easy, 100% natural and it’s FREE.

The solution improves our brains, bodies and even our sex lives. What is it?

8 creepy things about food – and what to do to avoid them

8 creepy things about foodI fell down the internet hole known as Buzzfeed and found this video that will creep you out about 8 “food” products. I purposely put “food” in quotation marks because these products are certainly edible, but it doesn’t mean you should be eating them.

Watch the video and see what I mean!

Don’t Waste Food: Give Ugly A Chance

0

Don't waste food: Give ugly a chanceI’ve posted in the past about how food waste is a huge problem around the world. The crazy thing is much of this food is thrown away before it even reaches consumers!

The French supermarket chain, Intermaché has turned this around with an absolutely brilliant marketing campaign that celebrates “Inglorious Fruits and Vegetables”.

I love the name! I wish more stores would do this, as I’d certainly eat more ‘rejected’ produce, especially if it’s sold at a discount. (If you can’t bring yourself to eat it as is, you can always throw vegetable scraps etc. in your broth). Watch this – and the next time you see a less-than-perfect-looking fruit or vegetable at the market – give it a chance!

Take 6 minutes to change how you think about PMS & learn how to fix it

0

pms-bloodsugarDo your family members know to stay away from you at a certain time of month? About a week before your period do you feel moody, depressed or irritable? Or have tender breasts, fatigue and rampant cravings for sugar or chocolate? If that’s you, then you’re one of the 85% of all women who have experienced PMS (premenstrual syndrome) at some point in your reproductive life. However, just because something is common, doesn’t mean that it’s normal. If you’re in optimal health, than you shouldn’t really experience anything out of the norm before you have your period. Does that sound too good to be true for you?

Dr. Justin Marchegiani explains PMS and its connection with blood sugar.
