- 2 cups milk of choice, I use cashew milk
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter
- 1 cup arrowroot powder
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to prep:
- Blend milk, eggs and vanilla in food processor
- Add dry ingredients and blend again
- Melt butter/coconut oil, add to mixture and blend a final time
- Batter will be thick
- Spoon on to hot waffle iron and cook to specifications of your waffle maker
