Easy zucchini noodles
INGREDIENTS
1-2 large zucchini squash
2 tbsp olive oil
Finely chopped garlic to taste (1-2 cloves)
sea salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Spiralize zucchini, according to the directions of your spiralizer.
In a saucepan, preheat olive oil on medium heat.
Place “noodles” into heated olive oil and season.
Continue to toss until heated through.
Serve as a side, or top with your favorite pasta sauce and serve as a veggie-rich pasta dish!
